Originally conceived in 1992 by members of a Houston area skiing club. This team is a group of friends who get together to enjoy 3 things: BBQ, music, and spending time with good friends. The team has grown steadily over the years and this year (2024) we are celebrating our 30th annual 3 day party and competition at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo – World Championship Bar-B-Que Competition.


We are a non-profit organization made up of good friends who just like to hang-out together, recruit some new friends, enjoy an adult beverage or two, get caught up listening and dancing to some good music and have a good time cookin' and eatin'.
